php-text-figlet software package provides PEAR module for rendering text using FIGlet fonts, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-text-figlet
php-text-figlet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-text-figlet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-text-figlet *
You will get with php-text-figlet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
